Mixed performance of US indices two hours after cash trading opening, while in Europe negative sentiment switched performance nearly the close in negative territory for most indices. Without any relevant data from the economic calendar, the drivers of today performance are earnings and expectations on rates path. Geopolitical tensions seem reduced given modest gains of Crude Oil and Gold.

• The Dow Jones is up by 0.41%, with a last recorded value of 37,931.66 points, reaching a high of 37,999.67 and a low of 37,781.61 during the session.
• The S&P 500 is slightly down by 0.37%, last at 4,992.35 points, having peaked at 5,019.20 and bottomed at 4,988.24.
• The Nasdaq shows a more significant drop of 1.10%, last at 15,429.73 points, with a high of 15,576.70 and a low of 15,417.34.
• The German DAX has fallen by 0.58%, with its latest mark at 17,746.85 points, after fluctuating between 17,772.85 at its highest and 17,626.35 at its lowest.
• The UK’s FTSE 100 has gained 0.23%, standing at 7,895.21 points, with the high being 7,901.49 and the low at 7,809.11.
• The French CAC 40 is essentially flat with a negligible change of -0.01%, last noted at 8,022.41 points, reaching a high of 8,039.48 and a low of 7,946.84

Bitcoin pricing $64,542.30, showing a 24-hour change of -0.86% and a 7-day change of -11.78%. Ethereum is trading at $3,088.15, down -1.10%, and a 7-day change of -14.75%. Gold for June 2024 is at $2,405.75 per ounce, having risen by $7.75, or 0.32%. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) Crude Oil for May 2024 is trading at $82.83 per barrel, up by $0.10, or 0.12% and Brent Oil for June 2024 is slightly down at $87.09 per barrel, a decrease of $0.02, or 0.02%.
